The dining room boasts a wood burner, setting the scene for cosy dinners. Simple, welcoming, and genuinely cosy — all the wood is supplied by the estate.

    Located just 20 minutes from Cromer Beach and a mere 15 minutes from the Norfolk Broads, our farmhouse is a prime spot for exploration. While close to popular attractions, it's cocooned in expansive farmland, offering the best of both worlds: countryside tranquility and easy access to coastal adventures.

  • My wife and I, plus children and grandchildren, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Manor Farm. It felt homely and was very comfortable. North Norfolk is not an area we knew well but the location of Manor Farm proved to be perfect; within easy reach were the Broads, the north Norfolk coastal towns and villages, Blickling Hall and Norwich. In fact our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

  • What a beautiful property and location, finished to the highest standard. Beautiful furnishings and very well equipped. It was definitely worth the 4 hour drive to get there and we’d love to go back! This property is the owners’ second home and you can tell a huge amount of love and time have been spent creating this wonderful home.

Garden: Lawned garden at front of property. Courtyard area to side of property with garden furniture, pizza oven and barbeque. Beyond is a grassed area with plenty of space to kick a ball around or play badminton. Patio and lawned garden to rear of property with garden furniture and views over the fields.

Parking: Private for 4 cars.

Heating: Oil Central Heating.

Pets: Two well behaved pet welcome. Please be aware of our booking information regarding pets.

Also Provided: Bed linen and towels. Fibre Wi-Fi. Welcome Tray. Hot Tub available – priced £150 extra upon request at time of booking.

Notes: This is a non-smoking property. Mobile signal: variable. The stairs are steep and winding with some low ceilings, please take care and assess suitability for the very young and very old.
